- We will follow the parcel before it arrived,and we will help clients to solve the problem on shipping.
- We will solve these problems as below asap for you by the cooperation from you. We will check the problems within 24 hours after you provided the corresponding photos.
- if the problems such as different dress color with the required color (tiny color difference is excluded),wrong size , Poor handwork, splits or other problems make the dress unbearable and different dress type with the picture were do caused by us,we will definitely re-do a new dress or exchange one for you.
- You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the reception of your dress(es).
- Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility.
