Cancellations and Change

Returning For Replacement or Refund
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. So, when you receive your dress, the first thing is make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications.Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

If it's different from the specification you ordered because of our fault, we accept your return and exchange.Please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with intact tags and attached. |

6.Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from my shop. In unacceptable condition we will not process it and will ship back to you.

Most attention:
1.Size----allow the deviation about 1-2 inch. As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one 1-2 inch. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams for your modification easily. ----much more than one inch if your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement. ----Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.

2.Color----allow Slight color mismatches The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on color chart of my shop. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped. However,before place the order ,please tell us the exactly color u need

3.details of the dress----do our best to tailor the similar but not the same dress. We are specialized in made to order by handwork. the pattern of the beads and laces in the market are changing and selling quickly. So, maybe can not do the fully same one. But please feel easy, we insist on using the high quality beads and laces for you and do our best to tailor the similar perfect dress.
