However, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you give us your custom measurements so that we can make your dress with the best possible fit. To order a size other than the standard sizes listed on our Website, please contact us before you place the order.

Tailoring Time

10-25 working days (Wedding dresses), 5-15 working days (Special occasion dresses).

Barbie’s Wedding offer kinds of shipping methods including TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL and EMS. And we promise no matter what kind of method you choose, you will get the best favorable price.

In terms of payment, we only accept Escrow at the moment.

Escrow is Free secure payment service that is automatically available on all transactions. This service ensures that payment is released to the supplier only after you confirm satisfactory receipt of your order.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created based on this consideration. 

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

Orders cancelled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of 70% of the product purchase price.

Once your order has been shipped, it can not be cancelled.

Return policy

At Barbie’s Wedding, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

Should you need to return an item, please contact us for a returning authorization within 3 days when you get the item. We don’t accept Personalized items returning at the moment.

*Dresses and Accessories: Must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have the tags intact and attached.

*We do not accept return unless there are quality issues of our products.
