Orders under $100 will be shipped with no signature request on deliver which means UPS will leave your package at your front door in most cases. If package is stolen, we will not be responsible for the package. Please monitor the status on your package on UPS/USPS websites and make sure that someone will be present for the delivery.

RETURN POLICY
Not eligible for returns: products sold in new conditions must be return unopened and with original packaging. If original packaging is opened, your return will not be accepted. Items listed as is or nonfunctional conditions are not refundable. All sales of as is items are all final with no return or warranty what so ever.
Brand New items: you may return new unopened product within 3 days after it is received in order to be eligible for returns. Items must be returned as new in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be apply to the order. Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid.
Used items: you may only return used items if it is defective or not as described within 3 days after item is received.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

4.If your return is approved, please print out a copy of the email response and include it with your package back.

6.When the inspector approves the return, we will process the refund within 24hours.
