2. Shipping & Handling

1). Generally, the order will be shipped within 24 hours after we checked your payment. s ome items will be send in 3-7days.

2). We prefer TNT/EMS, coz they are faster and safe, also, there is a tracking NO available. They help us to save plenty of time and much convenient. meanwhile we will be here to keep you the tracking update each day:):)

3). It takes 5~7 business days by DHL/EMS/TNT. the drop shipping is also available.
4). It takes 15~20 business days by Hong Kong Post, SG Post and China Post.
5). Pls make sure your shipping address, post code, contact name and the phone no is correct:):).

3. Customs

1).The price you paid for the item excludes any customs tax. Our company does not bear duties in destination country, we can not guarantee no tax charges as it is depends on your country?s policy.

5. Warranty and Guarantee:

12 months Warranty. Buy with confidence!

We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).

Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller?s) return address, and write ?gift? on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
