Stability:

We use Dia 17mm extusion which is larger than the normal pop up stands' Dia 12mm and then it will be absolutely stable than others. Also, we used plastic washer to match the two AL extrusion well and then make sure the frame more stable.

Addtionally, we have adjustable feet which can make sure our frame stand well 

Connectors assembly:

All the connectors  were inserted into the hubs ready before you get it, and when you want to set up the frame, you only need to open the frame and then push the front/back hubs to make the two connectors connecting together smoothly.

Adjustable feet:

All our pop up stands come with adjustable feet which can be flexible for you to adjus the height of frame to fit different situation to make sure the frame stand well, and it can be adjusted 2cm height.

Also the adjusted feet can balance the lights weight on the top to make sure the stand much more stable.

Artwork template W/O endcap:

Our graphic artwork template have such two following options:

1. Normally our graphic printing template will be 3000mm*2250mm, Which is not including the two endcaps.

2. If you want to cover the two endcaps and then the template will be 3424mm*2250mm, pls indicate it to us in advance for us to adjust the link for you immediately.

Assembly Instruction:

After your velcro connected with your fabric graphic on our frame, you open the frame and then push the two hubs together to lock the connectors each other of all.

And the whole process will be in 1 minute at most.

Option parts: Lights assembly 

All our frames come with light bases already on the top of our frame, and lights will be option parts for you to decide to purchase, and lights can be slided into the base as below picture.

Question 3: How can we upload the artwork? Any requirement for the artwork?

Answer: Dear friends, our FTP is in construction at present. So we have to accept your artwork via online messengers, such as SKYPE, MSN. And the artwork should be AI or CDR format. If your artwork is JPEG format, the DPI should be 72 or above and 1:1 scale.
