Using Methods and Attention:

According to the printing speed, please regulate simultaneously the pressure of the coding machine and printing temperature to get the best printing effect. If the temperature is not displayed, please regulate according to the environmental temperature and the using conditions.     The following are some analysis of problems that may arise during the using process:

1.Vague edge of printed font or hollow: Higher printing temperature or over pressure of coding machine. 

2.Incomplete printing fonts: Lower printing temperature, lowerpressure or irregular arrangement of characters.

3.Please preheat the coding machine for 20-30 minutes whenever you start it or change the characters. ( If the temperature of the coding machine is not increased, please ask professional staff for help. )

4.Please make the characters in order and their hight the same

every time the date is regulated.

5.Ribbon breakage: Higher temperature or irregular arrangement of characters.
