Shipping:
- Items will be shipped within two business days after a verified payment.
- We use Anti-static bag, Bubble bag, and Carton box to protect the items during the shipping.
- Ship to Worldwide and the same shipping cost via EMS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or Airmail. Express NO will be provided to you for parcel-tracking.
- Deliveray time:
a. It usually takes around 4 to 7 working days via UPS, DHL, FedEx, and TNT. EMS takes 7-15 working days.
b. Hongkong/China Airmail: 15-20 working days to Asia, West Euro, and North America, around 15~30 working days to South America, Mid-East, East Euro, and Africa. But the exact time depends on your location, if you do not receive the parcel after four weeks, please let us know and help.
c. Free shipping means we will deliver the goods via the cheapest way, please be patient to wait the parcel. If you need it urgently, please advice us to use other express before you pay the order, and we will give you best express fee.
Return and Replacement policy
Refund or replacement request is available only:
- Item Unused, New, in the same condition as it was delivered(including but not only the package)
- With requests within 3 days after parcel received.
- Notify us immediately if product is found in non-working condition, product should be sent back within 3 days and should reach us not later than 15 days.
- Shipping cost caused by returning or replacement would be paid by buyers.
- Note: All natural disasters or the artificial damage do not maintain in the scope.
