Warranty
We offer one year warranty for all our products. In the warranty period, we would like to replace or fix the problems for you.
 
We are not responsible for the customs fees and the returning fee.
For the models we have in stock,all orders require 3-7 business days of processing time prior to shipping
after payment.
For the models we don't have in stock at the moment, all orders require 8-10 days of production time,
We will keep you informed of the status with your order during the processing time

The item's warranty becomes invalid:
a) If damaged is caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident.
 b) If the warranty seal is removed or damaged.
c) If the item was opened, removed any parts of the item or repaired by unauthorized person.

Damaged cases:
We check all our items before sending out. If you received a broken item, please keep all the package material, take photos and send to us immediately. and also to have the courier to offer the certificate for the damaged. This could make you to keep the rights to make the claim to the shipping compnay, We only accept these cases reported within 7 days since delivered date. We will help you to claim damage to the courier.
