Our dresses are custom-made, there is no ready product, we can make dress according to your sizes and color. Normally, we need 10-15 working days to make a dress, and 3-10 days to ship, if you are urgently, please feel free to let me know, we can make your dress in priority after your payment arrived. In order to get your dress early, please tell me the sizes and color you need ASAP, and please do not forget to remind me of your request details, thanks.

Bidding is for one dress only!!! Do not include any accessories.

 Size chart: When you give us your size requirement, please let me know the size chart you selected is US, UK or EURO size. thanks.

 Notice: If plus sizes, please add us the plus fee

 How to measure :To make custom made size, if you do not know how to measure yourself exactly, please ask tailor for help or you can measure follow below

You shoulder provide us the following sizes:

 Color chart: Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you see.

 Payment&Shipping

 Payment:

Please claim and pay for your dress within 7 days. We accept the payment methods as following:

• 1. Papal ,Credit Card,Wire Transfer,Western Union
• 2. Bank Deposit (Commonwealth Bank)
• 3. If you need it urgent, please inquire us the urgent fee and choose UPS; If plus size, please add us the plus fee.

 Shipping:

We ship items by EMS to part place with free shipping, and if you want to choose another shipping methods, you need to pay addtional fees for it with a big discount.

Please make sure your address and cellphone number are correct. We will email you the tracking number and tracking website after we sent your item.

EMS:7-10 days, DHL:5-7 days, UPS:3-5 days.(Please understand that we can not control the transit time that may vary, particularly during holiday's period or weather conditions.)

We know that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. we refused returns without any quality questions, if you want to amend the the dress, you have to pay for the shipping.

For exchanges, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges.
For returns, restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

1. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s  responsibility.
2. There will be some extra cost for plus size or complicated changing design service on the model.
