If the measurements are not fitted, please measure the dress size again and take photo for us, the picture need show the tap to measure the sizes. All the measurements will be allowed in 1-3 cm error. If it is our fault, we will accept to give you a full refund.

For the color, there will be different between CRT and LCD screens. please choose the color from our Color Chart, then tell us the Color Number, If you just write the Color Name or say the color will be like the picture, then I will confirm with you, if you don’t reply me in 3 days, we will choose the closest color. So please check your inbox within 3 days when you ordered the dress. If not, we will make the dress with the color which we chosen. When you received the dress and you don’t like the color, we don’t accept the refund. Thanks for your understanding.
