Fabric is used as supporter of an ink-blocking stencil. Polyester has replaced traditional silk as the fabric of choice among screenprinters all over the world because of its tensile strength, elastic memory and resistance to chemicals, abrasion heat and moisture.

4. UV exposing machine, 1 piece

UV Exposure Unit is an important tool in screen making.Screen printing screens are coated with a light sensitive emulsion using a scoop coater. When the emulsion is dry, place a positive print of your image on the screen. Once you burn the screen, the emulsion that did not get any UV will wash out of the screen exposing the tiny pin holes. The surrounding areas that were exposed to UV will be cured. Hence the ink will pass through screen onto your substrate.

A4 Inkjet Transparent Film

Non-Waterproof Ink-Jet Film is a specially coated, clear film that absorbs quick drying inkjet ink, and controls the shape of fine lines and half tones, can be used to make stencil in screen printing, hot stamping and pad printing.Ink-jets achieve better quality because heat isn't used to set the ink. This inkjet film is only coated on one side. Print on the coated (matte) side of the film! If you print on the glossy uncoated side, the ink will not dry because it is not absorbed by the coating.
For the unique high-tech solution, they can not be conglutinated with each other when folded together. The image is well-resisting and suitable for storage.

Shipping

We will ship the item from Hongkong warehouse by DHL or UPS and try to give customer the lowest shipping cost as we can.

- Seller is responsible for all damage on delivery.
- We ship items out Monday-Friday.
- Shipping is NOT available to P. O. Boxes.
- Items are NOT shipped out on Saturday or Sunday.
- Damaged items on delivery must be reported to us within 3 days from the day receive the order
- Usually we ship by UPS, UPS is not under our control, if the item was damaged on delivery, let me know ASAP. We will do our best to solve the case.

Refund

We will accept returns on all items within 14 days of you receiving the package. Please notify me of your intention to return the package within that time so We know to look for the package and can have your refund ready to send to you when I receive the package back. Refunds will be for item cost only shipping and handling will not be refunded. 10% restock fee will be charged. Item must be in the same condition as when item was sent. Shipping and handling in any case are not refundable . Buyer is responsible for shipping the machine to us.
