To ensure your rights, avoid unnecessary loss, As for the failure or damage caused by the following reasons, you can not enjoy the one year change and service agreement. Please select the payable service to solve the product problems.

1) The goods was illegally or improperly operated
2) Products are stored improperly or exposed to moisture
3) Products are exposed to abnormal high or low temperatures
4) Repair, misuse, faulty operation, abuse, accident without authorization
5) Damaged by accident, man-made and external forces damage (including incorrectly installation, faulty operation, transportation, shock and collision, improper power supply, etc
6) Natural disasters and other damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, fire, flood, etc)
7) The normal abrasion
8) Package of the products sent back is incomplete.
9) The accessories or the enclosed documents of products sent back are incomplete.
10) The warranty  expires
11) The product is not supplied by Wooochina.

On the Delivery:
Normally, the delivery time is 3 work days (excluding goods in extreme short supply). For special delivery time items, please consult our sales.
We use EMS,DHL,UPS or other Courier Service.
If there is better way, faster or better for customs clearance, we will choose the best courier for you with written notification.

On the Reception:
When you receive the package, please make sure the package is in good condition and open the package to check all accessories are included. If the package is damaged or accessories are lost in shipment, please consult your local Courier to solve the problem and notify Wooochina within 2 days after the reception. We will try our best to assist you in solving the problems.
When you receive and make sure the devices are in good condition within 2 days after the reception, please confirm the reception on the Aliexpress or contact Wooochina Sales to complete the order. Otherwise, we will consider that you have confirmed the quality of the product and the product will begin to enjoy the one year warranty, which means the free complaint will be no more available.

One Year Guarantee Service Stipulation

1)All Wooochina electronic products have one year guarantee service (free repair service)

2)In the warranty period, after getting the confirmation of the defectiveness from Wooochina, the customers need to send back the devices to Wooochina and we will deliver

3)After inspection and repair, if the device can not be repaired, we will change new items (the same model or similar products with the agreement of the buyer and seller)

4)You are willing to undertake freight charge and risks from the local to Wooochina (such as tariff, damage and loss in transportation)
