NEW 100w laser tube 

    Bill Laser glass sealed co2 laser tubes have the advantages of high quality, small size in volume and no need to refill gas. It is mainly used for cutting, sculpturing, marking and welding non-metal materials. It could be used in laser mould manufacturing too. In addition, our laser tubes are used widely in thin metal industry.

Method of use 

1. To make sure that the electrodes connections are right;

2. To install the cooling water pipe. Please install the tube under the principle that water should be irrigated from negative end to positive, input upsides and output downsides and the outlet can’t leak. Before using the tube, the water storage container should be full of water, then ensure that the water cooling tube after imputing water must have no bubble( must check each use).

3. The efficiency of CO2 laser tube is about 15-30%.

4. When installing the laser tube, please make sure that its two stand points should be in the point that is in the 1/4 of the total length of the tube, leaving enough space for the high voltage of the tube and any metal surface. If the clearance is too narrow, then the high voltage used to trigger the tube will spark with the surface of metal, and thus lead to the destruction of the tube and even the damage of major electronic components of laser machine.

5. Users are suggested to add the automatic inspection device into the laser tube’s cooling water system in order to avoid the laser tube to be over heated and disordered because of water off. Please consult the supplier of the machine for details.

Receipt of attention to matters

In order to fully ensure that your interests, when receipt, please do not rush to sign on logistics, please do the operation:

(1)   Check the packaging is intact, preferably in front of the courier un-boxing inspection to confirm the integrity before signing; if not the first inspection of the signature, the seller shall not be liable.

(2)   Sign products without breakage and accessories missing, please return the product that has not normal operation through the simple checks of the working condition, and please contact the seller immediately.

(3)   Need to sign on behalf of recipient, be sure to sign for the Note, upon receipt, means that the appearance of the product in good condition, accessories and content without damage; otherwise there is no reason to return or exchange.

Returns and maintenance

Within three months from the date of delivery, if the product has any quality of its own, please do not disassemble; you can use the original packaging to return to the seller. Seller will be responsible for replacement or repair, but all shipping costs should be borne by the buyer.
