3.Lead Time:
The lead time for wedding dress is 15-20 days,
For orders which over 500 pieces of bridal gowns,Lead time should be negotiated in detail to meet our workshop and customers schedule and arrange to ship punctually.

4.Packaqinq
Carton Size:46*36*50.5*CM for folded package.
For wedding dress, one piece one polyester bag, 8 pieces to one carton!
For evening dress, one piece one polyester bag, 20 piece to one carton!
For Flower girl dress, one piece one polyester bag, 40 piece to one carton!

5.Shipping:

We have singed agreement with many Express, you could get the discount for the shipping cost.

DHL, UPS, TNT: shipping time is 3-7 days.

EMS: shipping time is 7-15 days, it's not stable.

Fedex: 2-3 days, but much more expensive, rush orders could be send by this way.

Specail airline: it's much more cheap, but there are only countries have special airline, we will tell you this special airline before sending.

If you order more than 8 pcs of wedding dresses together, the shipping cost is much more cheaper.
6.Customize Design:
If you cant find a style you like in our collection,we can make dresses in your own design.You can send us pictures patterns,even sketches of your design of other styles you like,and we would make replicas by your specifications.After finish we will take detailed photos and email them to you to check them advancely,then send the ready goods to you.if you are not satisfied,we will make modify the goods until you are satisfied with them.

7.Private Labeling:
We could place your private label on any of your orders.Private latel is charged extraly.

8.Payment Method and Payment Term:
The payment methods we accept alipay,, T/T,Credit card,Western Union, moneygram
As for the payment terms or bulk order, it could be discussed in further detail.

9.Return policy

we will show you photos of finished dresses before sending, we won't send them without your confirmation, if it is our problems, we will pay your loss. we refuse return the items back without any quality problems . if you bought it and not like it after you received it , we refuse return.
