Customs tax: If the buyer don't have a special requirements, We will declare OPEN BOX as "Tv receiver", USD25.00 to USD45.00 on the shipping invoice to try our best to help the buyer to cut down customs tax. But the customs tax should be paid by the buyer. If the buyer's customs need the buyer to pay the high tax according to original cost, we will not be responsible for that.

3. Customs clearance: If the buyer does not make the customs clearance for the customs tax or other reason, the buyer should be responsible for all charge and loss because of this.

4. Contact information: Please be sure to write the correct contact information (CPF of brazils customer) when you are ordering, especially the Tel No. as the EMS/UPS/DHL maybe need to contact you to make the customs clearance or before delivering to your address they need to confirm with you.If this happen we will try to contact the buyer but if the customs clearance cannot be made in time or the package cannot be delivered for that reason, the buyer need to be responsible for this. If the package has to be returned to China for the buyer does not make the customs in time, the buyer should be responsible for all charge and loss, inlcuding of the shipping cost of returning back to china and the cost we ship to the buyer.

5. Color and logo: We offer both silver and black color logo DM500, For the customs reason, we can ship the blackbox brand instead, blackbox with same feature, difference logo only.
