Question 3 : How long it takes till I get my package?

It depends on the shipping way you choose. DHL,UPS,FEDEX takes 3-7 days. EMS takes 6-10 days. Hongkong Post takes 2-4 weeks. ChinaPost takes 2-5 weeks.

Question 4: Why I can't track by the track number you offered for DHL?

There are 2 ways: 1,Please track by shipper's reference. www.dhl.com -------> Express ------> Tracking -------> Track by Shipper's Reference ,set the date in a wider range,choose destination country.

2,If you failed,please contact use for the waybill number, waybill number is another track number for the same shipment.

Question 5 : If the item arrives in bad condition,how will you handle it?

Within 7 days we can pay for the return shipping cost,but the returned goods should be at the original condition. Over 7 days,we can share half of the return shipping cost. Over 1 month we won't pay for the return shipping cost.So after you get the item,please check carefully and if there is any problem please contact us soon.

We declare all small package as Gift and value between 5-10 USD. For over 2 KG package we write related item name on it and we declare 25-100 USD.
