1. Our mascot costume generally includes mascot head, mascot body, shoe covers, (tail) and gloves. If you have special requirements to each part, we can also adjust according to your requirements.

2. All of our mascot costume is light weight, well crafted and highly durable. They are absolutely brand new and in excellent condition.

3. Our mascot costume is made with high quality materials and has no harm to human beings. The head support is made of POLYFOAM (not paperboard), which is lighter, no-toxic, hard molded and with good vision, so you will not feel uncomfortable to have it on for a long time. In summer, if you need a fan to keep cool in the mascot head, please tell me when you order it.

4. As a manufacturer, we are very professional to make customized mascot costume. We can do well according to pictures or samples offered by our customers. Also, we can help to print your logo on the figure, or make special figure according to your requirement.

5. Each costume will be sure under strict inspection of our quality inspection team, and more importantly, we have quality certificate for each costume.

6. All photos shown in our store are taken from the actual costumes. Buyer will get the one just like what you see here.

7. We have six sizes for your choice:

S: for 160-170cm height

M: for 170-175cm height

L: for 175-180cm height

XL: for 180-185cm height

XXL: for 185-190cm height

XXXL: for 190-200cm height

Notes: If you could tell me the sizes you want, your height, body weight, chest circumference, waist circumference, legs length, etc., we shall make customized mascot for you, and the final costume will be sure completely suitable for you.

Being established in 2003, Hebei Province Kindfar Garment Factory is a professional mascot costume manufacturer.

Our factory covers an area of 1500 square meters, and the total number of employees is more than 260. Our factory has our own design team, in which we invited several professors of the Art School of Peking University as our design consultant. By now we have designed more than five thousand styles. Those novel and imaginative costumes are well received in Europe, America, East Asia, Southeast Asia, Russia and other countries.

Payment

Shipping

1. We only use EMS or China Post Air Parcel to deliver the goods.

2. Usually China Post Air Parcel will take about 15-20 working days to Asia, West Euro, North America. Will take about 30-40 working days to South America, Mid-East, East Euro, Africa. But its delivery time is not stable, especially to several countries, there are rare cases that the delivery time reached nearly two months even longer. So if you choose this delivery method, please wait patiently, if you don't want to wait a long time, please don`t select this delivery way!

3. As we are a manufacturer, our factory is located in a China`s county town, when the post office receive our goods, they can`t deliver this goods to you from our county town directly, they need about 3 business days to transit the goods to one of China`s big city and then deliver to you, from then on the delivery information can be tracked on tracking website.

4. We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues that are the responsibility of the shipping service.

Do Our Best to Help Buyer to Escape Custom Duty

1. Before your order you should learn whether your order will possibly encounter custom duty or import tax, and how much it possibly will be.

2. When you make the order, pls tell us how to write the name and the value of the goods according to your country`s customs policy.

3. If we do not get your instructions, in order to avoid the possible tariffs, we will declare the goods as “GIFTS” with a lower value. This lower value does not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product and may not apply to countries with different tariff rules.

4. We will choose the express company which has the strong ability of the customs clearance.

6. Once the goods be returned because you don`t pay custom duty or import tax, the buyer are responsible for the freight when we deliver to you and the freight when the goods is returned back to me.

Return Policy

1. If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days after you have received the goods.

2. Later than 7 days the items can not be accepted for return.

3. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods.
