Shipping 

We do ship worldwide. Your order will be shipped out within three business days after you place your order. Normally we ship via DHL, UPS,EMS and China Post Air etc.

We usually ship the buyers item as GIFT in a lower value, in order to avoid the buyer's tax. However, the tax is determined by buyer custom not by us, different countries for different tax rate, so if any tax then the buyer should undertake it. 

If due to the buyer's reason including" refuse to sign for the package" or "refuse to pay the tax" or "buyer country post reason" and so on, the buyer has to undertake all the lose. We are in charge of the responsibility in keeping the goods left China smoothly. Once the goods leave China then the buyer will be in charge of all the responsibility.

 DHL and UPS take about 3-5 days to arrive, EMS take about 4-10 days and China Post Air takes about 7-20 days to arrive.

In order to ensure you receive the products with tax free when clearing customs, we will declare it with a lower value. This lower price has nothing to do with the total price you paid.

Normally, for the order within 100pcs, all the items in the store have stocks in our warehouse. In case that the item was sold out, please don't worry, we have factory and will try our best to produce for you asap. The leadtime will depends on the quantity.

And if you have your own unique design or samples, please just send us the pictures or samples, we can show you our fabric card and color card for your choice. Making the samples based on your pictures or samples and produce the products just as your requirement.

Return Policy

Quality of merchandise and customer satisfaction are two indispensable values for us.

If for certain reason as below you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final.

 If the merchandise is defective or mistaken we will exchange it or issue a full refund according to your choice, we will also cover your shipping charges (ground service only) for returning the package.

The merchandise should be returned within 3 days of the date it was received, in original condition with the label.

If there is nothing wrong with the product (wrong color, design, defect etc.) we will not issue a refund for shipping charges and there will be a restocking fee.
