Warranty
We promise all the products sold in our store are brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship. There is 12 months warranty since the day purchased. We have a complete engineering facility for battery pack testing. All the items have been checked before sending out.
Shipping
After the payment has been verified as valid, the items will be sent out within 1-2 working days.
We offered three options for the shipping. When you select the Hongkong Post registered mail, it is free of charge and paid by the seller. It will take around 7-15 working days to ship to major countries like USA Western Europe,Australia etc. However, we couldn’t guarantee the delivery time as the transit time is depended on the Postal service. We also offered postal EMS and UPS express service which is paid by the buyer. EMS takes around 5-8 working days. UPS takes around 2-5 working days.

Return Policy
•We assure against any defective products. Refund money will be provided in 30 days, replacement will be provided within 90 days for any defective, damaged or misrepresented .
•If you purchased the wrong item, Refund is not allowed, But we’d like to exchange a right one if you pay resend shipping fee.
•Refund or replacement will be made after receiving the returned item.

• For battery packs or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.
• In returning products customer must pay the return freight.
