• We’ll not be responsible for damage from improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, and incorrect voltage operating the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual.
• The exchange or refund is acceptable within 15 days after signing the package, the item must be returned in original package without any scratches or damages. CompuCN could only accept returning item via Post Office. The return shipping cost is buyer’s responsibility.
• The item can be returned to us for repair after one month, but buyer is responsible for the both way shipping cost.
• Warranty cover for defective products only. Physical damage or misuse by customer is not exchangeable. The warranty is invalid if the warranty seal and serial numbers on the unit is removed or damaged.
