File Transfer:

• If the file is less than 4mb, please send us by email.
• If the file is larger, please upload to our FTP (Please advise by email and we will send you our FTP address, user name & password).
• You could also send the file to your own FTP or any file transferred website and advise us to download it. 

Lead Time:

• less than 50sqms: 2-3days
• 50-200sqms: 3-7days;
• 200-500sqms: 7-10days;
• 500-1000sqms: 10-15days;
• upon confirmation of e-proofs.
