1) Pls inflate the balloon carefully use pump to reach 90% full then use straw instead. If two Alu. foil stick together, pls use hand to seperate then inflate again, or it may damage the balloon.

3) Balloons keep helium or 6-14 hours, pls fill it the same day of using
4) When in summer, pls do not inflate too full
5) When do not use, pls keep it in piece, do not scrunch up, do not use water to clean.

1) Price showing online is for China Post Air Mail FreeShipping, it may take 15-30 days delivering.
2) We also provide HongKong post air mail service, it will be more stable and fater, but need to add USD4
3) If you live in Europe, we recommend you choose to ship by DHL, only add USD5 at this basic, it takes 5-7 days delivering. If courier service needed, pls contact us to revise the price.
Return:
1. This product is made of Alu. Foil, which means it will be hurt by things easily. Also, if over inflated or too strong sun shine when full inflated, it may damage the item.
We promise to double check every balloon before shipping, and will send you pictures to confirm it`s in good condition.
2. If damaged balloons founded when you receive and before first inflating, pls take photos and calculate the exact number, we`ll refund you every damaged foil balloon USD0.8
3. We accept refunding without reason in 3 days after you receive items, but if it`s not the reason below, buyer should pay the sending and returning post fee. When we receive the returning items, we`ll confirm refunding:
1) Color Fault: over 10pcs different as ordered
2) Damaged: over 5pcs damaged balloons before first inflating
