Payment
1. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item prices or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. If need please tell us your tax number or any other needed info.
2. We usually don't offer invoice.Declaration list to the Customs is needed when ship.
Shipping Time
1. Item will be posted within 3 business days after full payment received and address confirmed.
2. It takes 7-25 business days (1-4 weeks) for delivery depending on the customs clearance&local transportation time.Most of the items will be delivered in 2 weeks, while some may take up to 4 weeks.
3. Notification of the shipped status will be sent to you in the transaction record or the tracking number of dispatch will be sent to you after item is posted. Sometimes we need time to wait for the tracking number from express company.
4. Pls make sure you will pick the item up within 30 days after the item arrive at your local post office, or the post office will return the item back. The postage and packaging fee will NOT be refunded.
5. We don't always offer tracking number if the order is small for sample or something else.We will keep every proof of the ship with express company until the transaction is done.If you do need tracking number please inform us to change the price before you pay.That will add 2 dollars to the shipping charge.
6. Please choose some local sellers, if you can't wait patiently in the shipping time we declared. Once you purchase, please DON'T leave negative or neutral feedback if you haven?t received item in 30 days, because we have mentioned the shipping time repeatedly.
Test And Package Well Before Ship
1. Test before ship so the package will be opened.
2. All the item will be packaged very well.Any damage in the express do please contact us.We will help you solve the problem.Don't just be angry and leave bad feedback.
3. Don't sign for the item damaged(you'd better check before acceptance)so that they will return and we could resend or refund as soon as possible.Our effort will make the express persons more careful in future work.
Order Note & Change
Please leave note when making the payment if you have any special request (color/size). Orders will be processed instantly and dispatched in 24 hours normally, so we do not accept any Email/Message note to change after 12 hours from you placed order.
Not Receiving Item
Please contact us if you have NOT received item in 30 days, we will check it with post office, and then resend or refund any missing item.That need some time.Or you can also check by yourself: 1.Check your postbox or mailroom or local post office or anywhere you receive your mail if there is no tracking number. 2.Contact your local post office(go to their website or call them) with the tracking number we have given to you.
Return
1. Please contact us within 7 days from receiving item.
2. For defective item( reasonable error such as Chromatic aberration,tolerance and so on is allowed) we will refund or resend when getting the returns(before return pls send the photo with sku/tag/packageinfo or video to show the defective place and we will help you to solve the problem).
3. By buyers' reason, the postage and packaging fee will not be refunded.We will not be responsible for the delivery or insurance charges incurred in returning item back to us.
4. All the products we are selling include factory warranty, don't including items that have been abused, burned and damaged in any form. If you return an item purchased from us, it must be back in Factory Condition. This includes packaging, inserts, manuals etc. Please allow up to 5 Working Days for us to process your returned item.
