Here are a few tips to help ensure the best results and long life with your Iron
1. The Iron has been with an IDCI plug. This helps to
prevent electric shocks. If the Iron does not turn on when the switch is turn
to the on position, be sure that the r reset button on the plug is depress. In
the case of the local electrical interruption, be sure to reset the plug before
using again.
2. The Iron is turn on and off by sliding the conceal switch inside the hankle.
The indicator light willl tell you when the iron is in the heating mode. This
light may flicker during heat cycles. Always turn the Iron off when not in use.
3. The ceramic paddles may be clean of product build-up using rubbing alcohol
and a clean cloth. Be sure that the Iron is turn off, unpl, and cool to the
touch before cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners or materials on the ceramic
plates, as this will damage the heating surface.
4. As with any electrical appliance, keep the Iron away from water. Never
submerge the Iron in water as it will damage the Iron and void the warranty.
5. Should the hinge mechanism become loose and the plates fail to align
properly, the hinge may be tighten. Unplug the Iron and allow to cool.
Carefully remove the caps covering the hinge. Tighten the screw inside the
hinge until the plates align. Replace the hinge covers, and return to normal
usage

About Shipping
Shipping usually by EMS and DHL unless you have any special
requirement.

Usually 1kg-21kg item ship by EMS, more than 21kg ship by DHL. Anyway, we will choose the best

Warranty & Return
Policy
1.If there is defective item and you want to exchange for a new one, before
return the item back please contact us within 5 days when you receive items
.Buyer must keep all items original undamaged.
2.If you do not satisfied with our products when you get them, you can send them
back within 3 days when you receive it; moreover, you need to pay all the
shipping fee in both sides. In order to get the full refund, you need to make
sure all items are unused.
3.If items detained by customs, the cost will go Dutch.
4. If buyer delay customs clearance , buyer must bear all the costs.
