Usage Guidance
Proper use of YARCH ceramic kitchen knife will make it as sharp as it is.
* Be careful about the blade when using the knife, it is extremely sharp;
* Please keep away from children and store the knife in a place out of their reach;
* Please use wooden or plastic chopping board and avoid using the knife on stone chopping boards;
* Please don’t drop the knife from high in the air, which may break it
* Please don’t knock, pry, drop and strike with the knife, or use it as a lever;
* Don’t twist the knife during the process of cutting;
* Please don’t use ceramic knife to cut frozen (or not entirely thawed) food, meat with bones,and hard objects such as fish and crab;
* Don’t wash ceramic knife in the dish-washing machine, wipe it slowly with hands in warm water with detergent;
* Put the ceramic knife in knife holder or other stable environment;
* Please don’t try to sharpen the knife by yourself;
* Please don’t place the knife in a place which is too close to fire source in order to avoid the deformation of the plastic handle.
It is better to use ceramic knife with antibacterial chopping board, but try to avoid using it on stone chopping board
Please don’t use it as mincing knife when dealing with food, and avoid dropping or external impact, in order to avoid causing broken corner or crack of ceramic blade.
After using the knife, wash it with clean water and detergent and leave it to air dry, and then put it on the knife rest or store it in tool box.
The blade is sharp and easy to cut fingers. Please be careful when storing it and keep out of the reach of children in order to avoid misuse.
