if the dresses you received are not fit for you, you can send the dresses back, we will alter the dresses for you. but you need to pay the shipping fee back and forth.

3, color issues

As we all know, the different setting of the computer will alter the color of the picture shown on color chart in in my shop. the difference of the color is more or less exist. but, please do not worry, the difference is tiny.

if you are confident in that the color of the dress you received is really not the color you chose, please contact us, we will offer with you a reasonable resolution.

4, Overdue products

In some case, if we make your order reach you late, and make you miss the important day, you are eligible for a refund. Then you can send the dresses back, after we receive the dress and check the dress, we will arrange the refund.

Because of the problems above, you can submit the return or refund request to us within 15 days, including the explanation and photographs document which are related with the reason for your return or refund request.

After we accept your request, we will ask you to send the item back, when we receive it,your return and refund will be processed within 3-5 days.

After confirmed by our Professional designers, If the item is acceptable as a refund. We will arrange the payment within 2 days. if the item is not acceptable as a refund. we will contact you and send the item back to you.
