How to order

Step 1. Choose a body template you'd like to present your personalised figurine, or tell us what exactly you want to do with the figurine,we will sculpt for you (bespoke figurine).

Step 2. Complete your order on Aliexpress and submit your payment via Escrow, we accept all major credit cards through Escrow, then send us your pictures to our email so we can start building your figurine.

Step 3. We sculpt your figurine by hand based on your pictures, we will send you sample pictures at each step to confirm and adjust it from your feedbacks until you are happy with it, lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks.

step 4. Once you are happy with our work, we finalise it and pack it for dispatch, we deliver worldwide direct to your door via UPS,EMS,DHL. Shipping time is approximately 3-10 business days to any country in the world.

How is it created?

You can choose your body appearance from our list(store) or we can even build one for you, just simply give us a seperate photo which we can see clearly. then we will do the rest.

Step3 - Our designer start designing

Our designer start designing your doll bit by bit, start from head, body, and during this time, we will send you emails ask your suggestions, and we can make changes based on your advice to make sure you are happay with your figurine

Step 4 Your figurineis ready!!

After agreed with your minime, we will process the doll to final stage and it is not changable after this stage, we will then dispatch your figurine to your address. be ready to receive this super special fun gift.

1.How to buy?

You can choose an model from our store, complete the order and send your pictures by email or trademanager, so we can get started.

2. What is the size of it?

The width of doll is between 5cm and 10cm, and the height of mini me is between 16cm and 18cm, it is vary depend on the template of figurine, for example. the standing up doll will be higher than the doll which is sitting on the floor.

3. What happens while we are processing your order?

Once you placed an order, please send your pictures to us

Once we received your pictures, our artist will review your pictures, and if they are in good quality, we will start buiding your doll, otherwise, we will contact you ask for more pictures.

Head part will be ready first, then we will send sample picture to you vie email, and you need to confirm with us if you are happy with it, if not, we will adjust it until you are happy with it.

Then body part will be ready next, again we will send you pictures to confirm. and adjust it with your feedback.

once body part and head part are confirmed, we will bake the doll and at this stage, the doll will no longer changable. and we will forward it to our dispatch team, and once the package is picked up by postman, we will send you tracking number so you can track your parcel online.

4. What is your Return Policy?

Due to the fact that all of all our product is personalized and made to custom specifications. ALL Sales and Orders are FINAL, NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, NO RETURNS OR NO EXCHANGES will be made for any reason.

5. About Material ?

Most bobblehead providers use poly resin clay and then they bake and mold the dolls - apply paint and the doll is yours... We uses Polymer Clay - the color is the clay so the final product is actually brighter, true 3D likeness and higher quality.

6. How long will I receive my mini me doll?

It taks 3-4 weeks to complete your figurine, and with DHL or EMS it should takes up to 5-10 days to reach you.

7. Shipping

We will use DHL, EMS,UPS . Once we dispatch your order, we will send you a reference number which you can track your parcel online.
