2. We ship items mainly via EMS, China Post, HK post, sometimes DHL , UPS,FEDEX,TNT will be used when the dimensions is not big.
3. Delivery time:
1. EMS express shipping usually takes 7-10 working days depends to the country delivered to.
2. China post(cheap):
(1) China post air mail usually takes 10-15 working days (suitable items not more than 2KG);
(2) China post SAL usually takes 15-25 days(cheap); SAL means shipping by land+sea+air;
(3) China post by sea takes 30-45 days (very cheap);
China post service is not stable; so the delivery time will not be as promised sometimes;
c. HK Registered mail:
As usual, shipping to Asia, West Euro, North America around 7-15 working days; shipping to south America, mid-east, east Euro, Africa around 15-30 working days.
d. UPS, DHL, FEDEX and TNT express shipping usually take 3-5 working days depends on the country delivered to.
4. Free shipping
a. Free shipping to selected countries. please check the shipping &packaging list for details.
b. For dispatching smoothly and fast, we may ship item via china courier (china post SAL or others), the final decision is at our option.
5. We are not responsible for any accident, delays or other issues are the responsibility of the shipping service.
6. Any import charges or frees are the buyer?s responsibility.

Warranty & Returns:
1. We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us by email or trade manager to make an exchange or refund the product price after items returned(shipping costs not refundable).
2. If the item is defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
3. All item must be refunded in their original condition in order to qualify for a refund or an exchange of goods.
4. Item returned after 10 days of delivery are only eligible for repair.
5. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
