1.The buyers from Brazil and Chilie, pls noted, the DHL and UPS requests VAT numebrs ( CPF for person and CNPJ for company) for the parcel.
So pls notice us your CPF or CNPJ number when you put orders.
2.Without quality problem ,we don't accept any request for refunds or return of goods.If you put the order, that's means you accept these terms.
3.There are more than 8,000 pcs of crystals on each bags. It's normal that there is one or two piece of crystals falling off. If you can't accept this,pls don't put the order. We prepare spare crystals in each bag.You could use adhesive to put the crystal bags.
4.If any defective products are found, please takes photos of the defective products and send to us: in most cases, with our advice you can fix it yourself. Otherwise you can ship them back to us and we fix it and the shipping cost will be split. We offer two years warranty.
We have more than 15 QC doing all the work to ensure the quality of products while some factories have no more than 10 employees in their small workshop.
5.The website will charge 5% for each transaction. This fee is included in the price of the bags.We accept western union and wire transfer to our company account.
