Returns:

We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can.
We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them, for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.
Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.
On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.

Warranty &Maintenance:

We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items. (In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package. Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address, and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.

Shipping :

1. The items will be sent to you via DHL/EMS/FED and so on within 3~5days after We verify your payment and the order amount more than USD500.00. When sent, we will send you the tracking number. Full payment needs to be made within 4days of placing order.

2. Normally for free shipping items we will ship by China post air parcel. And that need about 10-20 workings days to arrive depends on different countries. Sometime for customs or weather problem it will be delayed some days. It may be up to 30days.

3. If you have preference shipping company please inform us in advance and pay for a bit extra shipping cost if that needed. We will ship to the confirmed address provided by you. Before making the payment please making sure the address you offered are correct.
