About Pu`er Tea:
Chinese national standard definition for Pu`er Tea is the tea brewed with certain processing techniques from the broad leaf tea within the scope of protection of geography sign in Yunnan, and the scope includes: 639 villages and towns in municipality of Pu`er, Lincang, Baoshan, parts of Dehong and Xishuangbannan autonomous prefecture.
Green tea and Black tea
Nourished with Tea polyphenol, chlorophyll, vitamin C, catechuic acid and so on, which are very healthy for human body.
Black tea:
Compressed or loss tea made by the natural vegetated fresh tea-buds in natural environment, by certain process of fermentation. Characterized by reddish brown color tea cake, rich special stale flavor and reddish bright brown water. Under the effect of enzymes, new nutrition created after fermentation in the ripe Pu`er tea. And new functions as help decrease the blood fate, lose weight, decrease the blood pressure, prevent arteriosclerosis, prevent cancer, nourish the stomach, protect teeth, diminish inflammation, kill bacterium and slow aging.
Green tea:
Compressed tea made by the natural vegetated fresh tea-buds in natural environment, by process of deactivation of enzymes, rolling, drying under the sunlight and shaping by steaming. Have the feature of dark green in color, long-lasting in fragrant, thick and tasty in flavor. Pu`er raw tea was usually used to clear and relieve internal heat and fever, help digestion and movements of alimentary system.
Brew methods:
Take 5g of tea for use, if drinker is more than one person, time the amount of person. Wash the tea with hot water (80degree~90degree) for three times and each time no more than 10 seconds, you can drink the water if you want or desert it, for the flavor is not fully brewed. From the forth time, brew the tea with hot water for 10 to 25 seconds, and the flavor is completely brewed, best for drink now. the more time you add in hot water, the longer you should keep the tea sinking to make is thoroughly brewed.
Recommended healthy drinking tips:
In the morning: drink 500ml after get up with stomach empty, be sure to drink slight and warm tea, otherwise you could faint. This will help to smooth intestines and promote metabolism.
At noon: drink 500ml half a hour after supper, moderate tea density and make sure the tea water is hot, it will help you to relieve you from feeling of too fatty food.
In the afternoon: as the same way drink at noon.
In fact, you can drink tea anytime you want, but here some tips for you: Don’t drink tea too dense, especially at night, it will cause you insomnia; don’t drink before meal, it will strengthen the sense of hunger, make you eat more, and raw tea could have an unpleasant stimulation on your stomach.
