Payment policy:

Shipping policy :
1. We are via DHL, EMS, UPS, TNT, China Post, HongKong Post, and FedEX, according to different regions use different shipping to international area.
2. We will ship to your address in Alipay, so please provide correct address and contact information, we are not responsible for any wrong or undeliver address.
3. About free shipping item : ( we offer free shipping for some products to most countries via China post or HongKong post, the deliver time is usually about 10 to 20 working days to reach the address.)
4. If the shipment is via DHL or EMS, buyers have to add extra fees of the service for logistics.
Warranty and exchange policy :
1. all products we sell are in good quality and under strict examination before shipped. We will try our best to avoid any quality problem.
2.When you receive the goods found to be defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. The shipping and handling charge is not refundable and customer should be responsible for all the charges of returning and reshipping. All item must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for exchange of goods.
3.Warrant is not cover for accident, water, abuse or other damage caused by abnormal usage.
4.If returning item, buyer will bear the freight & handling fee and the item must also be in its original box.
