1. As all our dress is custom made, if we do the dress in wrong size, wrong color and wrong style etc, not the same as u required by the order, u may return them back to us and get full refund!(shipping cost is not included) or u can change a new dress.

3. The above policy only works if and when:
Returns are made within one week of receiving the dress.
The returned item must be in new condition and original pack as we sent, u can try it on but don't wash or make it dirty or altered.
