Konjac rice is made by konjac flour, rice flour and corn flour. We could make different color, like yellow, white or others and different shape, like ordinary rice shape, pearl style or that by customers request. Its texture is smooth, flexible and would offer high fiber to delay stomach emptying, triggering satiety (a feeling of fullness) that can be helpful in people. The recommanded cooking time for konjac rice is 30 minutes. Also could be cooked with ordinary rice.
