All returns must be informed before returning our merchandise.

The Buyer is bought to notify the seller of all returned items within 7 days after receiving the package. We reserve the right refusing any requirement that informs the seller longer than 7 days.

Refund and re-delivery will go on after the seller's receiving the returned item.

The buyer is responsible for returned charge. If the returned item possesses no fault, the buyer also has to pay for the second delivery cost.

Defective products must be returned within 7 days upon receiving (Note returned product must be returned in original packing and must be in good condition).
