Packaging:

This item is Flat Packed not only packaged in multiple cartons for the inner packing also use wooden crate for the outer packing. Just make sure customers receive the goods are in perfect condition.

Lead time:

We need to clarify that we are a manufacturer and we need some days to do the orders. For this reason, we can not ensure each model in stokcs. In general,we promise to deliver the goods within three days once the model available in stocks. Otherwise, we promise to deliver within 15 days if out of stocks or the proudct is not a standard size. We much appreciated for your kindly understanding and so sorry for the inconvenience.

Delivery:

Noted: I am so sorry that we are not able to deliver the goods to your door as we usually deliver the goods by ship as the package volume is too big to carry by air express. For this reason, the goods could be only sent at the port of destination. Buyers need to find the import broker to collect the goods for you accordingly. Generally speaking, shpping takes long time than air express. It takes around three weeks for sailing. Surely,different country with different sailing days.
