2.To make custom made size, if you do not know how to measure yourself exactly, please ask tailor to help you to measure it carefully.
3.Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you see.
4.Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer`s responsibility.
5.The offer is not including any accessories like veil, petticoat, gloves, etc without special notice, if you want buy some accessories, please kindly contact us when you place the order.

Shipping policy
Shipping Cost : Free (UPS or EMS or DHL or TNT)
Usually we sent the item to you by UPS or EMS or DHL or TNT.This is an international shipment. Item will be couriered from China to your address. You check the shipping fee Or track mail directly on UPS (EMS or DHL or TNT)website. If you want change of another shipping method ,please mail me before you win the item. 
The shipping time is based on shipping method. It will take 3-7 workding days around for DHL, 3-5 workding days around for TNT, 7-15 working days for EMS, 10-20 working days for China Post Air.
Return Policy :

 A.  Quality Issues
1.  If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective as described, you will receive a refund for the purchase price.
2.  If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you with no refund.
B.  Size Issues
Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1" in either direction of specified measurements.
1.  All dresses are made or come with margins for altering and tailoring if desired. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered, one choose to make the adjustments at a local tailor, in which case we will reimburse the tailoring costs as long as the costs does not exceed the original price of the dress by 50%.  If the tailoring costs exceed the original price of the dress by 50%,  we will reimburse only up to the amount equal to 50% of the dress` original cost.
2.  We provide a modification service for our customers, who send back the dress and get the dress modified within 7 working days.
3.  Customers also return a dress with measurement errors, and will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees.
