Payment

1. Full payment must be made within 2 days of placing your order. 
2. The buyer is responsible for any tax and/or duty charged by their country.

UPS is our preferred shipping method. We offer ship goods with DHL and TNT.

Return Policy
We know that purchasing a full lace wig can be a difficult process. Often, it is difficult to know exactly what you want, or to know what to expect when you receive a wig. We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. While we don't offer a refund policy, we do allow a five day exchange on wigs. Once you receive your wig, you have five days to contact us to exchange it for a different wig. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been tried on, worn, styled, adjusted, or that have had the lace cut. If the wig is not to your liking, you may exchange it for another stock wig . We do not allow multiple exchanges per order.

Notice: please save the wig Card in the package, it is the Authorization Number Card.

if you lose the Card, we dont accept the exchange.
