Terms of Sale

Upon your order for this product, you agree to be bound by the terms of sale.

We offer a 90-day repair and/or replacement policy from the shipping date. The buyer bears all liabilities for costs of return shipping. 

Shipment shall be carried out via EXW. As such, the seller holds no responsibility for the shipments delayed or lost due to unforeseen & unavoidable reasons arising due to man made or natural circumstances. Once it leaves our premises for shipping, all responsibility is transferred to the buyer. Special terms such as FOB may be agreed upon for large quantity orders, with direct contact to us or other pre-authorized staff members, but may not necessarily be carried through AliExpress. 

Any customs duty, clearance charges, handling charges or taxes levied by the customs or the Government of destination Country will be borne by the buyer as per country norms.

If the product is defective/dead on arrival, you must contact us to open up a case for return, In this case you need to ship the product back with all the original packaging, accessories etc along with a written or typed letter from yourself stating the reference order number. Please include the keyphrase "Request for case for return". 

As this is a factory direct sale, we do not offer returns, refunds, or credits of any kind at this time except on unopened and untempered packages. Such packages will be inspected upon return, in which case up to 15% of the cost of the original order may be charged for restocking and repackaging. Should the product be found to be tampered in any way, we reserve the rights to charge for the full cost of the product.
