TERM:
WITSON WARRANTY POLICY
WITSON will repair at no charge to the purchaser, any merchandise found to be defective in material or workmanship, under normal use and conditions, for a peiriod of 12 month, from the date of destination arriving.
During the warranty period, to repair the Product, Purchaser will return the defective Product, freight prepaid to WITSON.
The product to be repaired is to be returned in either its original carton or a similar package with an equal degree to protection. WITSON will return the repaired Product freight prepaid to Purchaser via shipping. After the applicable warranty period, Purchaser must pay all labor and/or parts charges.
The warranty dose not apply to damage or failure caused by or resulting from:
1) Accident, neglect, abuse or acts of force majeure;
2) Unauthorized repair or modification of the product;
3) Failture to install or use the product in accordance with the instruction or use of this product other than for its intended purpose.
4) The TFT screen is not be covered by warranty, the customer will be responsible for any broken of TFT screen during the use.

Our certified technicians will test all items before shipped. If you received a defective item, please mail us and our technicians will try to help. It is really our pleasure to show you and support you. Most of the problem is only the misuse and misunderstand how to use. We recommend buyer to install the product by professional installer and check before installation.
If you still have the problem with the unit, please email us for problem details and send us video showing the problem. (Ask us to send you WITSON RMA form for your problem explaining work).After we confirmed the problem, we will send you shipment instruction.
Buyers should be responsible for the return cost. The testing and repairing fee and the postage for sending back to you will be free after engineer confirmed the quality problem. The item wont check and repair without sending back the filled WITSON RMA form. We WONT accept unpaid delivery, the parcel will be sent back to you with your cost.
