2. Approved warranted items will be replaced/ repaired immediately with the same merchandise, or similar item of our choice.
3. Items returned that were abused will have to be approved by our warranty department for exchange. If we no longer carry the item that was returned due to a manufactures defect, we will send a working comparable new or refurbished item of our choice.
4. Shipping is always non-refundable. All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The return has to be made within 30 days of the purchase date. No restocking fee applies on exchanges or store credit.
