Installation and Maintenance :

Ω  A soft cloth is ideal for cleaning all chrome plated tapware.

Ω  Never use an abrasive or harsh substance.Only use a mild liquid detergent to remove build-up  and tough surface film.

Ω  Rugular cleaning with a soft cotton cloth will keep your tapware looking as good as the day you bough it .

Ω  All tapware must be installed by a licensed plumber.

Ω  Isolating stop valves must be installed with all applicable tapware.

Ω  All new connections need to be flushed before installing any tapware to remove any shavings or impurities from the water lines.

Ω  Azeta does not recommend dismantling the internal parts of any mixers as they have already been individually tested.

Ω  If the incoming water pressure exceeds 1200kpa then an approved pressure limiting valve must be used.

Failure to comoply with any of the above will viod all warranties.

Ω  Shipping Policy : Your item will be shipped out with 3-6 working days upon receipt of  payment unless other notice .Shipment tracking number will be sent to you when it is available .

Ω  Warranty : All taps come with a full one year warranty and five year warranty on the cartridges. The warranty commences from the date of purchase and is non-transferable.

Within the warranty period ,we will replace the defective item for you at no extra cost .In the event that a replacement is not available ,a full refund will be issued. Returns must be authorized by us with an issued reference number BEFORE shipping out .We accept only undamaged and unused items in original packing .
