1pc. We will give discounts and combined shipping costs for you if you order more items, or order in bulk at large quantity.
b. Products Lead Time:
·If we have stocks, we will deliver out items within 2-3 working days after receiving your cleared payment and order details confirmed.
·If we don’t have stock, we will inform you the production time of the items that you need, then if ok, you can place the order.
·Because of the different type of producing operation, Efficiency of making samples and manufacturing serial production is different. So big quantity goods usually take less time (production lines produce), and sample orders or single items (single person take many days to finish the making) will usually take more time.
So it is normal that buying single items may take 60 days, but order in bulk, takes only 30 days.
c. Payment methods:
·We can accept most Payment methods: Bank Remittance (T/T), Alipay, Paypal, Western Union, Money Gram, Moneybookers.

2. About Delivery Methods and Shipping Cost:
a. Because our carbon frames, wheel sets, etc, is of big size, so the packing carton is of very big measure, and delivery by TNT, DHL, UPS, Fedex will be of very high delivery cost. So we usually choose EMS, or China Post (whose shipping cost is calculated on only real weight, not carton size).
b. We get more Discounts from the courier company (EMS).
· Usually EMS cost to these countries/areas is cheaper: Asia, UK, France, Spain, Belgium, Australia, North America.
· Deliver to Portugal, Italy, Netherland, East Europe or Africa, South America, we usually deliver by China Post Air Parcel.
· If customers want to ship via TNT, DHL, UPS, we also can help you with that(freight prepaid here or freight collect)
c. More items, more quantity, cheaper delivery cost it will be for each item. If you order other parts like seat posts, stems together with frames, then we can put the parts in the frames cartons to save the space, so you don’t have to pay the shipping cost for the parts, this way can save shipping cost(combined shipping)
d. Delivery time:
·Shipping to most countries, like Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, we will by EMS, It can arrive within 3 to 7 days.
· Shipping to other far countries, like Africa, South America, via China Post Air Parcel, goods can arrive within 10 to 25days.
e. Please send us your shipping address and contact telephone number (important)when you place your order. Please let us know if your delivery address if it is not the one shown on Alibaba.
f. When we deliver out the items via EMS, or China Post Air Parcel. (door to door service). The tracking number, track website and PI for customs clearance will be sent to you by email. Our MTB carbon frames have passed the EN14766 test, and Road racing carbon frames have passed the EN14781 test. Productions are strictly following the EN standard.
b. Warranty:
We have a quality assurance date which is 2 years. Under normal riding, if there is any damage not caused by human factors, products can be replaced from us.
c. Return and Refund Terms:
·If items you received are defective, please contact us within 3 working days and show us the proofs, photos, etc.
·Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost incurred by returns or exchange.
·Refund will be granted after we receive the returned items in original condition.
·New items or Repaired items will be shipped to you after we receive the items for replacement
