Remarks

The prices are based on caps without customized logo. If you want to make customized logo, please send your specification to us, we will quote the surcharges for you.

If you want to make customized logo, we can make a trial sample after you confirmed order, and send pictures of sample for your approval. It takes extra 5-7 days for making a trial sample.

Payment

1. Full payment must be made within 2 days of placing your order. 
2. The buyer is responsible for any tax and/or duty charged by their country.

Shipping and handing

DHL is our preferred shipping method. We offer ship goods with DHL and UPS.

DHL express shipping usually takes 3-7 working days dependent on the country delivered to. We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues that are the responsibility of the shipping service.

Insurance:

Buyers are responsible for any insurance they feel is required.

We are closed on weekends and DO NOT ship on Saturdays or Sundays!

A Tracking Number will be sent to you via e-mail after your order has been shipped.
