This is a real perfect katana Sword  It is made
of the 1060 high carbon steel and it is heat treated by our master. This katana can be taken apart fully anytime to maintenance. You can unassembled the blade from the handle by taking out the bamboo pin. The blade of this sword is extremely sharp and may cause serious injury. Make sure that the blade edge is never in a position where it could injure yourself or others. If you need to handle the blade, be extremely careful and wear protective gloves.

Blade: This kind of katana is hand made by traditional technique of Japanese forging,and the use of material is the 1060 high carbon steel, Blade Hardness 56-58 HRC. It is shining blade.

Guard(Tsuba): The guard (Tsuba) of the sword is a  Zinc Alloy tsuba .
We have more than 133 kinds of tsuba and three materisl(Zinc Alloy Tsua;Iron Tsuba;Copper Tsuba) for you choice. Please contact me if you want more choice.

Handle: The handle (Tsuka) of the sword is wooden covered in a Genuine Rayskin wrap. The Genuine Rayskin is then wrapped in a silk wrap. And  two subminiature  Menuki are rested on each side of the Tsuka. The tang of the sword is secured by peg (mekugi).

Scabbard: The saya is hard wood, lacquered with a high gloss finish. A silk sage-o is tied around the wooden Kurigata.
