Product Description

The electronic accelerator pedal apply widely on all kinds of buses and camion, special vehicles, engineering machinery, etc.

By adopting the electronic accelerator pedal can reduce working intensity greatly and realize many kinds of auxiliary function, eg: cruise function, angle change speed limit function, collision diagnostic function, passenger door interlock with accelerator, electromagnectic retarder interlock with accelerator, electric articulated mechanism of rear driving articulated bus interlock with accelerator.

Designed and analyzed by CAD, main electric unit and sensor are imported parts, ensuring reliability. XINDER develop special use accelerator according to customers requirement.

The performance of the accelerator pedal has been tested by DONGFENG COMPANY, which involve 10 million times of durability test and actual test on vehicle.

. Wire driving system with electric motor.

.The step will be retracted automatically in case the step contacts obstruction when   extending, then the step will be extended again. If the step contacts obstruction again, it will  be retracted again. If it contacts obstruction for more than three times, it will be retracted and stop extending to ensure safety.   

.Automatic operation

.The step operation is integrated with the door system.

.When the key switch is on, and when the door is opened, the step will be extended and  when the door is closed, the step will be retracted.
