Quality drill pipe requires cutting edge equipment

Our drill pipe product line is completely automated with equipment from Germany and the US, such as the Friction weld machine, hardbending weld machine, IPSEN furnace and Siemans CNC Lathe.

The tool joints are made of AISI 4137H premium alloy steel fully Q&T with the IPSEN furnace .

All the joints are inspected by Florescence Magnetic Particle and the Ultrasonic method. The pipe body goes under very serious inspection in conformance with API 5D.

The welding between the drill pipe an tool joint is accomplished with the Friction Welding machine, the welding process is swift & steady under computer control.

The weld zone is quenched and tempered through the induction process which is computer controlled in real time.
