  working temperature:-40+105
  auto cut-off: once  there is a short circuit or open circuit,the ballast will stop working 

    automatically.
  protection voltage:when the voltage exceed 35v,the ballast will stop working

    automatically,and make the output power below 45w,to protect the ballast and bulb from

    damage.when the voltage is 8v,the ballast can still work normally.but when the valtage is

    below 7v,the ballast will stop working to protect the ballast from damage.
  reverse polarity protection:the ballast will stop working automatically when a reverse polarit

    happens
