1. Check the phone book in mobile phone's SIM card,and dial out the numbers by VoIP
    softphone as skype,x-lite and so on.
 
2. VoIP server can issue their own SIM card to identify users in internet just like the
    wireless progress of mobile phone.It is safe and simple and convenient for users to
    get the serve on any PC.The unit also can store phone book for user to check and
    dial.VoIP server  also can use the existing SIM card of mobile phone and realize the
    same function  through the cooperation with mobile phone server.
 
3. If mobile phone server also supply VoIP serve,it is very possible that  reciprocal calls
    are entirely realized between mobile phone and VoIP phone,and with  the same
    one piece of SIM card,maybe two pcs of  SIM cards but one identity,users can range 
    between the mobile phone system and VoIP system

For example:
A  VoIP server ask us to supply the device and SDK of IPT-110S, who cooperated with local mobile phone server.
 
1. If user not inserting SIM card, user can onlycall IP to IP without any fee.
 
2. But if user inserting SIM card, the  corresponding application will get the data and resend to the internet server  of mobile phone system.
 
3. And if the SIM card is identified effective,user can call IP to phone, the calling fee is charged up by mobile phone system and balanced on the SIM card accounts.
 
4. Afterwards,VoIP server will balance the fee with mobile phone server according the call history.
